The Rockwall Jacket Backer Student Scholarship Program provides provide financial support to graduating student athletes who meet the eligibility requirements as defined by the association. The purpose of the Student Scholarship Fund is to recognize senior students currently involved in Rockwall ISD-sponsored athletic teams and athletic training who exhibit excellent performance in the class room and dedication to community service. The award of all scholarships is not based on a person's race, color, creed, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, age, marital status, familial status, religion or other factors. Membership in the organization is not a requirement of eligibility nor is it a requirement to be considered for or receive The Scholarship Fund awards.
